Biography
Bria Winston is a partner with Ball Morse Lowe PLLC whose practice is focused on estate planning, entity formation and maintenance, and prenuptial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Bria’s practice focused on family law litigation. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council, and the Council of Entrepreneurs.
Bria joined the firm in June 2012. She received her Juris Doctor from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2010, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at OCU, Bria was selected to be a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and to be a part of the Jodi G. Marquette American Indian Wills Clinic. She was also admitted to the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court and Phi Kappa Phi. She received a BA in History with a minor in Classical Culture from the University of Oklahoma in May 2007, where she graduated with distinction.
Bria grew up in Jenks, Oklahoma, and now lives in Edmond with her family.
