Biography

Grant P. Scowden is an attorney at Ball Morse Lowe whose practice focuses on business + commercial matters, litigation, and estate planning. Grant graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.A. in history education. He then went on to get his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2020. While attending law school, Grant served as a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and as vice president of the school’s Intellectual Property Society.

Throughout his career, from studying to teach history to his internship as a mediator, and eventually to the practice of law, Grant has sought to understand the personal element behind each story, event, or case. This motivation has helped guide Grant into a practice in civil litigation.

In his spare time, Grant enjoys discovering local restaurants with his wife, Tracie, being a musician, and playing board games.
