Ball Morse Lowe PLLC is excited to announce the expansion of its Family Law Practice with the addition of Attorney Thomas A. Swafford in the firm’s Stillwater office.
Ball Morse Lowe, one of Oklahoma's leading law firms, announces the addition of Thomas A. Swafford as a senior attorney. Tom will help lead the firm’s rapid growth in its Family Law practice in Stillwater.

Thomas is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Payne County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of law in 2010, having previously received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Oklahoma State University in 2006.
His practice of law focuses on the areas of family law, including divorce and legal separation, custody/visitation, child support, paternity, adoption, and guardianship. Thomas received the 2018 Payne County Bar Association pro bono service award in recognition of his legal representation and services to those in the community who would otherwise be unable to afford to hire an attorney. In addition, Thomas was rated by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of Family Law for years 2019 and 2020.
