With the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 going into effect last year, an estate plan previous established might need revisions. During these workshops, Jennifer Wright will go over how the law impacts estate plans and how to ensure your property will be distributed according to your desires, not dictated by Congress or state law.
“Estate planning has much less to do with taxes, and much more to do with making your wishes are known and honored,” says attorney Jennifer Wright. “Families change, needs and interests change, and sometimes your plan should change accordingly.” Jennifer Wright leads the estate planning, probate, and elder law practice group for Ball Morse Lowe. She will be leading both BML events to give the best advice and guidance.
The first Long Term Care Costs event will be held at Ball Morse Lowe’s Norman office on Thursday, March 7thfrom 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. The event will also be held in Oklahoma City on Tuesday March 12thfrom 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at Healthy Living OKC’s meeting room D.
