Biography
Nathaniel Routh is an Associate Attorney at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC. His practice is primarily focused within the Energy Sector on title examination and the preparation of Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions for companies in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Oklahoma. He also has expertise in completing determinations of heirship for clients in Colorado. Nathaniel previously worked as a Title Landman in Denver, Colorado, where he focused on Title Examination, Land Administration, and the preparation of Mineral Ownership Reports. He is also currently a member of the Denver, Colorado, & Wyoming Bar Associations.
Nathaniel received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University Law School, where he was an Executive Officer for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and a Teacher's Assistant for the Secured Transactions Class. While attending Wake Forest University, he also worked as a Law Clerk aiding a general practitioner in preparation for civil and criminal litigation.
When he's not avidly resolving property ownership puzzles, Nathaniel stretches his artistic talents by practicing creative fiction writing and is a multi-instrument musician. Upon exiting law school, he took a year to complete his first historical fiction novel, Burgeon, a life-long dream of his. He's also a self-professed mountain man and can be found most weekend mornings exploring the beautiful vistas offered by the Rocky Mountains.
